What I find intere...I like the historical analysis. What I find interesting is how the Supreme Court seemingly willingly ignores the fact that the state is essentially confiscating wealth from the Bedouin in concluding it isn't a discriminatory practice as they would be eligible to purchase the homes being built there. Is it just me or are they missing the point entirely? I'm also curious as to what sort of compensation is being offered to those forcibly convicted.
